hawaii

1 month guide on how to lose weight (~5-8 lbs) and NOT work out

get the flu (or swine flu) for a week
catch a persistent cough for a week
get the anthrax vaccine
catch a cold
eat terrible food.
have a terrible watch rotation, and normal working hours, along with after hours meetings (i.e. watch the reactor from 02-07, then work from 07-16, then watch the reactor again from 17-22)

results not guaranteed unless you're me.

in hawaii for a couple days... or a week. going home soon? not sure.
